Hello, I’m Vicki
I am women’s personal trainer and online coach helping women become their most confident selves. Creating strong empowered women who love, respect, and honour their bodies.
I am here to help you rediscover your confidence, rewrite the narrative around body image, and leave the diet mindset for good. We all deserve to be happy with ourselves. To understand what it truly means when what we look like isn’t the sole focus.
Fitness should be fun and enhance our lives, food is to be enjoyed and nourish body and soul, life is for living, and women are worth more than a number on a scale or the look of a body.
I believe every woman should feel confident in her own skin and understand what her body can do for her and how she in return can care for her body. My aim is to give you the tools to become more intuitive with your movement, understand what your body actually wants, and find your balance within your lifestyle.
Everything is totally tailored to you, your goals and your lifestyle and I will be with you every step of the way.
No quick fixes, no diet culture BS, and absolutely no restrictions or punishment.
Online and in-person options
If you’re someone looking to improve your relationship with exercise and your body, then Vicki is absolutely the person to do that in a positive, supportive way. You’ll laugh along the way and you’ll be challenged, but she will give you the tools you need to succeed without judgement and always with kindness. She’s particularly helpful if you have a history of classic restrictive eating and lack of self confidence, as she will give you so many tips to work on your confidence and self compassion too.

Vicki has been amazing to work with and I would highly recommend Vicki to any one wanting to take back control of their health and fitness. I have enjoyed all the workouts so much and our mindset calls. Vicki is easy to talk to and I felt like I could be honest and vulnerable around her. I enjoyed having a set plan to follow each week, it made going to the gym feel less overwhelming and I could simply focus on getting the workout done. It has been a game changer for me and something that I needed to reboot my mental health.
