We will look at rewriting the narrative around body & self-confidence so you can truly feel good about yourself.

  • A bespoke training programme created for you and your goals, tailoured to your ability, lifestyle and equipment (gym/home). Pre and post natal focused programming is available.

  • Mindset coaching calls to dive deeper into your relationship with fitness, body image, and confidence

  • A deep dive goal setting call and information pack to set you up for success

  • Weekly check-ins and monthly calls to see how you’re doing, review your progress, and set any goals or intentions. These are also there for you to share any issues, updates, or things you want to chat about.

  • Access to a hub of additional mindset and lifestyle videos to educate and help you

  • 24hr access to my app to track and record your workouts, schedule and habits

  • Support and guidance from me throughout, I will be your own personal cheerleader.

  • Option to add weekly PT Sessions from a private female only PT Studio in Ancoats

  • A safe, non-judgemental, diet culture free space to grow in strength and confidence.
