I have been a personal trainer for over 8 years and have seen first hand how the fitness industry can make women feel like they have to look a certain way in order to be healthy. This is not the case and I am here to help you discover that.

Rebelling against the diet culture narrative that women need to shrink I am here to help women take up space and step into their most confident self.

Based in Manchester I work 1-2-1 with women in person and online to create their most confident self whilst finding the balance with fitness, food and lifestyle.

I live in Manchester with my husband and toddler

My day always has to start my day with a coffee no matter what.

I love to move my body, it doesn’t matter what that movement is as long as I enjoy it.

I have a slight obsession with Harry Potter and Marvel (there were hints of these in our wedding ha)

Originally I wanted to be a dancer but side-lined into a fitness career and now we are here

I truly believe that there is nothing more incredible than a woman being her true self and it’s the reason I do what I do.

Why do I do what I do?

I understand what it feels like for diet culture to take over your life. From the age of 18 until my mid 20s I battled with disordered eating, severe low self esteem & a negative relationship with food, exercise and myself. When I realised I didn’t want to be in this position, I started to focus on myself and my mental well being. This shift helped shape my relationship with fitness, food and my body I have today. Which made me realise I wanted to help other women find this positive mindset in a healthier way than I did. I want to dispel the myths, provide guidance and support women through the mind field that is diet culture. 

We all deserve to be happy in ourselves and understand what it truly means when what we look like isn’t the sole focus.

Fitness should be fun and enhance our lives. Food is to be enjoyed and nourish body and soul. Life is for living and women are worth more than a number on a scale or the look of a body.
