I believe every woman should feel confident in her own skin and understand what her body can do for her and how she in return can care for her body. This is why I work exclusively with women focusing on moving away from diet culture towards working with & listening to our bodies.

Combining my knowledge and expertise as a Personal Trainer and Certified Positive Psychology Coach I want to help you get physically and mentally stronger, celebrating what your body can do without restriction or punishment.

I am here to help you reach your goals in a healthy sustainable way, creating lifelong habits and choices that work for you and your lifestyle. With a focus on strength training we will celebrate what your body can do, learn to lift safely and effectively whilst finding the fun in fitness again. Through our coaching calls we will look at rewriting the narrative and creating a more positive relationship with fitness, your body and yourself.

My goal is to give you the tools to create lasting habits, build self-compassion and confidence, and take steps toward feeling at peace with your body.

There will be no before and after pictures, I do not need to know how much you weigh or what size you are and I don’t expect you to completely overhaul your life.

It’s time to celebrate what your body can do, make empowered choices and feel good in yourself. In a safe, non judgemental, diet culture free space.

Movement

  • A bespoke training programme created for you and your goals. Tailoured to your fitness levels, ability, equipment and lifestyle (gym/home). Pre and post natal focused programming is available. Focusing on building your strength and confidence, celebrating what your body can do.

  • A video glossary of exercises, warm ups and cool downs so you can see what you have to do.

  • Access to a library of on demand mini classes if you want to add some extra movement in

  • Option to add in person PT Sessions at a private studio in Ancoats, Mcr.

Mindset

  • A deep dive goal setting call to get you aligned with your what and why both physically and mentally. How together we can get you to where you want to be.

  • Monthly mindset coaching calls to dive deeper into your relationship with fitness, body image, and confidence.

  • Monthly check in calls to review progress, goal setting and intentions

  • Access to a hub of additional mindset and lifestyle videos to educate and help you alongside your 1:1 work.

Messaging and Support

  • 24hr access to my app to track, record and schedule your workouts and habits

  • Weekly check ins to see how you are doing, taking a moment to reflect and celebrate big or small.

  • Welcome information pack to set you up for success

  • Support and guidance from me throughout, I will be your own personal cheerleader.

  • A safe, non-judgemental, diet culture free space to grow in strength and confidence.
