With a focus on strength training we will celebrate what your body can do, learn to lift safely and effectively whilst finding the fun in fitness again. Through the mindset work we will look at rewriting the narrative and creating a more positive relationship with fitness, your body and yourself.

My goal is to give you the tools to create lasting habits, build self-compassion and confidence, and take steps toward feeling at peace with your body.

There will be no before and after pictures, I do not need to know how much you weigh or what size you are and I don’t expect you to completely overhaul your life.

Movement

I have a health focused approach to fitness. There is more to moving your body than changing your looks. With a focus on strength training and pilates we look at what your body can do. Getting fitter, stronger and healthier all whilst enjoying it. Fitness should enhance our lives. It's time to change the narrative when it comes to moving your body. Yes there will be challenges and moments where it feels uncomfortable but never for punishment or control. I will give you the tools to build strength & confidence in and out of the gym and feel epic whilst you do it.

Mindset

Delving deeper to unpick and rewrite the narrative you may have surrounding fitness, your body image and confidence. Using influences from positive psychology we will work together to create a healthier mindset around it all. Learning how to listen and honour your body, how to feel empowered in your choices and build confidence from the inside out. I will give you the tools to create long lasting habits, build self compassion and confidence, to take steps towards feeling at peace with your body.
