A Women's Personal Trainer & Lifestyle Coach here to help you feel strong in your body and empowered in your life, through personalised training, mindset support, and zero BS.
I believe every woman should feel confident in her own skin and understand what her body can do for her and how she, in return can care for her body.
Because I know what it’s like to not feel strong or confident in your body & self. I know what it’s like to believe exercise is only good to change your body’s aesthetic, to believe you are not good enough unless you look a certain way.
I’ve been that person who walks into a gym with no idea what to do and feeling completely out of my depth.
For many years, I was deep in diet culture and EVERYTHING was all about being smaller & thinner to be happier.
And I don’t want any other woman to feel like this. This is why I work exclusively with women, focusing on moving away from diet culture towards working with & listening to our bodies.
My aim is to give you the tools to become stronger, find the joy in moving your body and feel empowered in and out of the gym. I am here to help you reframe your mindset around fitness and your body so that you can truly feel amazing and build that confidence in yourself.

This is for you if you want more structure & guidance with your strength training within a group environment. A supportive space to build strength, confidence, and consistency without committing to 1:1 coaching.
