The Confident Woman Project is a 12-week group coaching program built to help you feel good in your body now, while building real strength, self-trust, and lasting confidence.

Movement

  • A 12 week progressive strength based programme that you can do at home or the gym. 2-3 workouts a week that you can tailor to your fitness ability and experience.

  • Access to some on demand mini workout videos you can into your schedule if you want extra movement.

  • All delivered via my app where you can track & record workouts, habits and schedule

Messaging & Support

  • A group chat with the other women on the programme and myself.

  • 1:1 check in call half way through the programme to review progress & set intentions.

  • Weekly check ins with personalised feedback & guidance and help from me every step of the way

  • An information pack with all you need to know and how you can make the most out of the programme

Mindset

  • Group goal setting call to kick off the programme to get you aligned with your what and why.

  • Monthly group coaching calls. Focusing on mindset, body image & confidence. Giving you tips, tools & guidance.

  • Weekly coaching prompts and Q&A in the group chat

  • Access to a hub of additional coaching videos and information.
