My new 12-week group coaching program is designed to help you do just that.

Let’s work together to rewrite the diet culture narrative and develop a healthier mindset around fitness and your body.

It’s time to get physically and mentally stronger, celebrating what your body can do without restriction or punishment.

My goal is to give you the tools to create lasting habits, build self-compassion and confidence, and take steps toward feeling at peace with your body.

This is for the woman who wants to:

  • Get stronger but is unsure of how to get there

  • Stop hating or feeling uncomfortable in her body

  • Feel more at peace and confident in herself

  • Make fitness a part of her life and enjoy it

  • Leave the diet culture mentality for good and create long-lasting habits that ADD to her lifestyle in a way that feels good

Movement

  • A 12 week progressive strength based programme that you can do at home or the gym. Focusing on building your strength and confidence, celebrating what your body can do.

    You will have 2-3 workouts a week lasting no more than 45 minutes that you can tailour to your fitness ability and experience.

    New mum returning to exercise? I have a post-natal focused programme just for that.

  • Access to some on demand mini workout videos you can into your schedule if you want extra movement.

  • All delivered via my app where you can track & record workouts, habits and schedule

Mindset

  • Group goal setting call at the beginning of the programme to get you aligned with your what and why both physically and mentally. Making sure you can get the most out of this programme.

  • Monthly group coaching calls. Each month we will have a focus when it comes to mindset (health & fitness/body image/confidence) and it is during these calls together we can over anything you need in more detail. These are the perfect opportunity for you to ask questions and get the additional support you need/want.

  • Alongside these calls you will access to a hub of additional coaching videos and information. Each week I will drop a recommended watch into the chat but you can watch and learn at your own pace, when suits you.

Messaging & Support

  • A group chat with the other women on the programme and myself. Use this for support, Q&As, accountability and to cheer each other on.

  • 1:1 check in call. Mid way through you will have a solo call with me to check in, here we will review your progress, celebrate your wins and set you up for the next 6 weeks.

  • Weekly check ins to see how you are doing, taking a moment to reflect and celebrate big or small.

  • An information pack sent at the beginning with all you need to know and how you can make the most out of the programme

  • Guidance and help from me every step of the way

A £50 deposit is all that is needed to secure your place and then the rest of the payment will come out the Sunday before we start.
