- A bespoke programme created for you and your goals, tailoured to your ability, lifestyle and equipment (gym/home).
- Mindset coaching calls to dive deeper into your relationship with fitness, body image, and confidence
- Weekly check-ins and monthly calls to see how you’re doing, review your progress, and set any goals or intentions. These are also there for you to share any issues, updates, or things you want to chat about.
- 24 hr access to my app to log your workouts, habits and activity
- Support and guidance from me throughout, I will be your own personal cheerleader.
- A safe, non-judgemental, diet culture free space to grow in strength and confidence.
- In person coaching get weekly PT sessions with me at a private studio in Pollard Yard,Ancoats
