For the next 4 weeks I will be releasing a ‘to time’ 30 minute workout you can do at home. All body weight the only equipment used will the furniture in your house and a resistance band if you own one, I got mine from amazon similar to these .
Each video will have the workout written below so you can refer back to them at a later date. This is my first one so it is a little rough and I already know what to improve on for next time but you will still get a decent workout from it. My legs are still sore from it …
Lower Body Burner
Warm up – mobility and activation
Circuit 1: 3 rounds
- Goblet Squats with a Pulse x 10
- Reverse Lunges x 10 each leg
- Jump Squats with a tap x 20
Circuit 2: 3 rounds
- Single Leg Glute Bridge x 10 each leg
- Sumo Pulses x 20
- Curtsey Lunges x 20 (10 each side)
Circuit 3: 3 rounds
- Lunge with a jump x 10 each leg
- Kneeling Squats x 15
- Staggered Deadlifts x 10 each leg
Finisher
- Glute Bridges
- Alternate Donkey Kicks
20 / 15 / 10 /5 No rest in between
Cool down Stretch

*** Also if you have got the sign off from your gp/midwife this is fine for post natal and prenatal fitness up to 20 weeks (modify the laying on the back work and it can be done post 20 weeks) just remove the jumps with low impact***
