Last year you may remember I released 2 E-books that created the Body Beautiful programme. Today I bring you something bigger, better and with a lot more value for you. I have combined what was in the previous one and updated the tasks, workouts and given you even more information. This E-book isn’t a quick fix guide or a transformation. It is a tool kit for you to use once, twice or as many times as you need to get you to a place of confidence. There are 3 parts to this eBook:
1/ Body Confidence Workbook – I am using methods and tasks I have used myself and perfected over my own journey. Each week brings a new task, some of these are continuous and some are one offs. Take your time, have an open mind and allow yourself to truly dig deep. I have planned it so you have a task a week but if you want to move faster or slower than that it’s up to you. I want you to take away the pressure to reach the ‘perfect body’ and instead realise your true worth.
2/ Find Your Movement Plan – Movement provides so much more than an aesthetic outcome. In my personal opinion the health benefits physically and mentally outweigh these 100%. Which is why I have also created a movement guide that you can use as you progress through the confidence tasks. Use it as a kickstart, use it alongside what you are currently doing, use it for inspiration or to follow to the letter. I am giving you the option, it’s up to you how you can use it. Plan starts on pg 20.
3/ Additional information and resources – I have provided some background information on topics I believe make up a healthy balanced lifestyle. I share my ethos and knowledge with you because I want you to be armed with the facts to make your own decisions. As well as a list of resources that I believe will help you if you want to further develop your understanding of some areas.
